Who will be involved in testing activities?

This is a simple question with a simple answer. Everyone that has an interest in the deliverable should be involved.

However, too often, only the engineer, IT and specialized testers are involved.

The reason, no real one, in fact the most common reason is no time to do it which in general hides the no wish to do it but I have to communicate to my hierarchy that I’m considering it as an important task.

Therefore the complexity here is to ensure to be follwed by enthusiast people from different horizons. These one can be identified through informal discussion or private conversation or more rarely through direct indiviual request.
